Full payment must be completed the latest three (3) days prior to guest's arrival.
In case of failure to provide payment as above, the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservation without any further obligation.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel without any charge up to 14 days before arrival until 6:00 p.m. local time.
However, you can change your booking dates with any difference in price that is applicable on the day of the change up to 2 days before arrival.
For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
In case of no-show, early departure or arrival after the scheduled date there is a charge equal to 100% of the reservation cost.
