75m2 apartment is literally 30 meters from the sea and a few meters from Athletic center of Kalamitsa where take place annual International Dance Festival "KAVALA OPEN". It is especially comfortable and can accommodate up to 6 people. The central bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, while in the living room two people can sleep on sofa-bed.

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare your meal, while you can enjoy your breakfast in our large balcony overlooking the sea. The Kalamitsa beach is 30m from the apartment and has a Blue Flag award. Kalamitsa beach is a sandy beach suitable and for children, with the protection of lifeguards. Finally, there are organized shops where you can drink your coffee and eat.

In 300m you can work out in in the organized fitness center which includes a tennis court, basketball, football and gym. Kalamitsa Beach View apartment is provided with: free parking in front, free WiFi, air-conditioning, flat TV, kitchen, fridge, microwave, towels, shampoo, etc.

The neighborhood is relatively quiet, although the street across is a busy one. The closest supermarket is just around the corner and you should find everything you want there. Although the house is 30 meters from the beach, the city’s center is just 3 minutes by car or 7 by bus. Finally, the nearest bus stop is just across the street.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
