Dimosthenis Apartments

Dimosthenis Apartments are one of the most popular accommodations for Nea Peramos, located in the second row to the sea, 70m from the beach, in the center of Nea Peramos. It’s a big facility with four apartments for rent, on the first or second floor. Two apartments are duplex (2 bedrooms), while the other two are for families (one bedroom).

Duplex apartments consist of three rooms, two bedrooms and a living room. In the living room, there’s a fairly large and fully equipped kitchen (oven, large fridge with freezer), dining table, sofa bed for two children. First bedroom has two single beds, while the other has a double bed and the possibility to add one extra. Extra bed can be also added in the living room, so this apartment can accommodate 4-6 people. Duplex apartments have a terrace with a sea view.

Family apartments are slightly smaller (50m2) and consist of two rooms, a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two children. The kitchen is within the living room. Since the family apartments are also very spacious, auxiliary beds can be added.

All apartments have air conditioning, TV, balcony, bathroom, kitchen, wireless internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets and a baby cot that can be obtained by requesting it in advance. The frequency of replacing bed linen and towels (usually after four nights) , as well as cleaning and laundry service can be arranged on the spot with the owner.

The apartments are equipped with new furniture, they are not part of a tourist villa, but a residential building. They are very comfortable bright and on a great location, so if you want to feel at home during your holiday, Dimosthenis Apartments can be a great choice.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
