Milona Studios

Milona Studios is a modest building on a fantastic location, if you want to be on a busy place in the main street, in the first row to the sea, on the promenade, in the very center of Nea Peramos.

There’s a double studio (12m2) on the first floor, with two single beds, a mini kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the street. In addition to the double, on the first floor there is another triple studio with a double bed and a sofa bed for two small children or one adult. This studio has a bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious terrace with direct sea views.

In the attic there’s a room without kitchen. The ceiling is very low and the corridor with stairs leading to it is also low and narrow. In the room there’s a double bed. This accommodation unit does not have a kitchen, but only a refrigerator and a cooker or a coffee maker, but it has a beautiful terrace with fantastic, direct sea view. In this room there is no internet.

All three accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, mosquito nets, a bathroom, a refrigerator, wireless internet from the cafe on the ground floor, a hairdryer can be obtained on site, and a baby crib is advisable to book in advance. Cleaning as well as bed linen and towels replacement is done in every five days, but the different schedule is negotiable with the owner on the spot.

2. Milona No 2 studio on the second floor, back side view, ( two single beds), fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishes, pots, coffee pot and cutlery) from 35€.
3. Milona No 3 studio on the Attic, with Sea view, (one double bed, and one folding bed) from 42€.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
