The apartment is located on the ground floor of five-story building with a separate and convenient entrance, just 150 meters from Beach and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The house was built in 1924 from natural stones, is a cultural heritage of the city of Kavala, and is under the protection of the Greek Ministry of Culture.

In the surrounding area, you'll find a supermarket and minimarkets, as well as numerous cafes and tavernas where you can enjoy a delicious meal.

Most of Kavala's main attractions are within walking distance of the apartment: Faliro Park, the Archaeological Museum, the Town Hall (late 19th century), the Kamares Aqueduct (a famous landmark and Kavala's signature feature), the Byzantine Fortress, and much more.

On the main street near the apartment, there are bus stops (both local and intercity), connecting you to Kavala's entire public transportation system and the beautiful beaches beyond (Palio, Iraklitsa, Nea Peramos, and Ammolofi).

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
