Amversa Apartments & Studios

Amversa houses are one of the best locations in Potos in  Thassos island, just 30m from the sea. They are a quiet place and at the same moment two minutes away from all activities that Potos offers. Location is 100 meters from the main intersection in Potos towards the exit and only 30 meters from the beach. There are two buildings with the same name in the same yard. One of them closer to the sea and another closer to the street. There are 19 studios at the ground floor and first floor, and they are average size, also there are 2 apartments at the ground floor.

Their size is average and they have beautiful balconies. Each accommodation unit has fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, mosquito nets, safe box, WiFi internet and terrace with a view to the sea or the town and landscape.

Pets are welcome, and baby cots are available on request when booking. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days and at the same time, rooms are completely cleaned and arranged. Private parking is provided.

Available Apartments & Studios

• Double studios are just for two persons, they have one double bed, kitchen, bathroom, TV, A/C, WiFi and balcony with view to the garden or partially sea view. Size of studios are 18m2 - 20m2 - from 30€.
• Triple studios are for three persons. Each studio is consists of a double and single bed, kitchen, bathroom, TV, A/C, WiFi internet, and has long narrow balcony with view on the city and sea. Sizes of studios are 20m2 - 25m2 - from 35€.
• Quadruple studios with double bed, single bed with standard mattress (160x90cm), folding armchair for one person, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, A/C, internet wireless and a balcony with sea view. Sizes of studios are 25m2 - 30m2 - from 40€.
• Apartments have two rooms. The first one is a living room with a kitchen, one single bed and drawer bed with standard mattress. The separate bedroom has a double bed. If needed there is an option of adding an extra bed with standard size mattress. The bathroom has a bath tub. Balcony is in the back side of the garden. Apartments are around 36m2 - from 45€.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
