Topouzis Apartments & Studios are located in two houses right on the beach. This is a very affordable and modest accommodation with a great location. From the balconies the guests can enjoy in beautiful sunsets and sea view. Houses are located in a Limenaria, 1km from the city center. The beach in front of the houses 2km long and it has sandy and rocky parts.

The houses offers 6 studios (30m2) and 2 apartments (40m2). All studios are triple, with three single beds and a fold out armchair. All the studios overlook the sea and have a bathroom and equipped kitchen. The apartments have two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. One bedroom has two single beds and the other bedroom three. The kitchen is well equipped. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace.

The furniture and the building are renovated and well maintained. Studios have access to WiFi. Only smaller pets are allowed. Mosquito nets are on all the windows. The owners can provide a hairdryer if needed. Also, they have one washing machine that the guests can use if needed. Cleaning, as well as replacing bed linen and towels, is done every five days. The yard is spacious so the children have a place to play and the parents can make BBQ. In the yard there are also communal showers. Private parking is provided.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
